First Lady Jenny Sanford Invites Public to Appraisal Day at the Lace House
Columbia, S.C. –March 28, 2006 – First Lady Jenny Sanford invites the public to attend Appraisal Day at the Lace House (basement) on Friday, March 31 from 10:00 am-7:00 pm.
There is a limit of three items per person (no weapons, musical instruments or dolls). The cost of appraisal is $10 per item. Part of the proceeds will benefit the Governor’s Mansion Foundation.
Frank A. Sarnowski is the appraiser. He is sole proprietor of ‘Frank A. Sarnowski, Jr.; Appraiser and Broker.’ Sarnowski is a sitting member of The Columbia Museum of Art’s Accessions Committee. He was one of the longest-term panelists, of more than ten years, on the South Carolina Educational Television program “What in the World Is It?”
